I've tried to put her out a couple of times & was faced with either physically fighting her or giving her one more chance... I get it about discipline & inflicting ***,,, but that just turns her on more... I want her out... suggestions?

If something *actually* needs to be a punishment then depriving of attention is far more effective. When you say "out" - does she live with you? If so, does she have anywhere to go - and then this is something she may need help with. But, aside, you have to flat out tell her chances are exhausted and it's over.

Explain that you want to part ways with her , tell her there's no point of being together when the feelings aren't mutual . Otherwise ..it'd become emotional abusive for you only , being serious here . Time will pass by and one day she will find someone and you'll find someone too .

You need to learn again what was the key of your dynamic? A sub need to be guided and given a purpose for carrying on her submission. We can only speculate about your relationship and give a general opinion
