I chose the wrong gender identity when making my account. Is there anything I can do?

I didn't want to be openly transgender on here, but it's probably for the better.

Is there a way my gender here can be changed to Transgender FtM?

surprised this hasn't been answered, if you haven't done it just edit your profile and click trans, I made the same mistake and changed, the only downside is they may ask you to go through verification process
