I love unagi, salted egg, roast duck but also galacian ribeye steaks cooked with dauphinoise potatoes and greens. ❤️

My favorite meal to eat is probably a well-made pasta dish with a good Bolognese sauce and some spicy Italian sausage. Of course, it needs to be accompanied by a big Italian red wine like a Chianti or Dolcetto.

My favorite meal to cook has to be my baked salmon. A close runner-up might be my homemade mac & cheese.
