I’ve been into it recently. I had bought a sounding set, a while back. And also some silicone sounding beads. The beads are. Long but flexible. Before my first attempt with a brand new set of sounds, I planned to attend a class at Kinkfest called "Fucking the Dick" to learn ... but it was cancelled. Luckily I got some pointers from a friend.

I've topped for it a few times. Watching the sound slowly spin as it works its way in is rather mesmerizing. 

I specifically got a tuning fork to strike against it once it's settled, though putting a vibrator against it is more fun.
