I was inspired to write it a few years ago when my son was working away from home with me. He kept making funny comments about his girlfriend Lorraine, like “Lorraine, when will I see you again?”, and “I’m in ***, Lorraine!” So I put it into a rap style song format as follows: Lorraine Lorraine Lorraine is a girl I know, And there's no end to the lengths that I’d go, To show her that I think she's fit, And you gotta know that ain't no shit. Every day I think about my home girl, About how I want to give her a twirl. She kinda just does it for me, And there ain't no one else that'll ever be That special someone with whom I click That person who understands me and what makes me tick. Every day I think of you, the good times we've had, And every day I'm not with you, it just makes me sad. I just wanna be with you all of the time, 'Cos Lorraine you're my world and I need you to be mine. I first met you when we were in our ***s, But even then I knew that you were hot beans!
