My wife has just bought herself a nice pvc Basque and a leather skirt she put them on and wow it got me going but I have a fantasy of her dominating me and another guy while she is dressed like that in fact the thought so turns me on trouble is she won't go for it oh well never mind.

Sounds like you did ask.  Is it the kind of outfit she could wear in public?  If so, try to talk here into a date night, dressed that way.  Such apparel has an effect on the personality, when worn in public.  It tends to bring-out the dominant side.  After such a date, she may be more receptive to your request.  She may even suggest it herself.  But, don't push it.  Too much pressure may turn her off to the idea completely.

As a suggestion, try adding a matching pair of leather knee boots to the ensemble.
