What I was going to say was any changes in medication? Maybe a bit personal to share. My meds made me last so long I was giving up and all of a sudden that’s worn off. It’s all very confusing. It's a complex thing and there could be many factors at play here. As @P_and_Cmentioned, difficulties and/or taking a long time to climax can be due to lots if things like specific medications or medical things going on, it could be psychosomatic or relationship related. General stress of something else going on in your life. 

As for the exhibitionism part, there's no universal way of exhibitionism. It can involve sharing/posting nudes, being watched while mastubating, during sex or kink/bdsm acts individually or any combination of the above. Just like voyeurs can have a preference for watching specific things.
