Deleted Member Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 I’ve looked in several places throughout my city and forums but I’m sure munches wouldn’t just display in public that they were having a party. Where are some more likely areas these could happen at? Thanks.
ey**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 munches do tend to be public. But a munch isn't a play party or anything like that - it's a social. A lot of the purpose is that they are supposed to be accessible. The actual parties - some can be advertised more freely than others depending on local laws - but - for example, often a lot of parties might be at someone's house and so the best way to get an invite is to meet them via the munches.
qu**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 Have you tried googling munches in (insert area), there's usually groups that come up, or free to access group sites for example kinkykent
qu**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 Apologies moderators, just an example of how to look and how results may appear 😁🤗
ey**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 "find a munch" tends to be what I'd top recommend. If I was to google "Newcastle munch" it doesn't bring up the munch that's there - although worryingly does bring up a non-kink event that's called itself a munch... and amusingly, a story about when former Labour MP Ronnie Campbell accidentally came out in support of "National Fetish Day" I for one am glad to have never run into him at events.
qu**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 I found they appeared more in county searched more than a town search, but that's just my experience to date
qu**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 Though to be fair the 2 or 3 I've been to, well I've had more of a laugh on a darts night, they just spent the night slagging of a different group, from listening appeared to be because it was more popular
ey**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 2 hours ago, quietlysure said: Though to be fair the 2 or 3 I've been to, well I've had more of a laugh on a darts night, they just spent the night slagging of a different group, from listening appeared to be because it was more popular that is sometimes a problem and something I think some munch organisers really need to learn. That a newbie isn't there to sit and listen to who fell out with who and who smells of wee and poo and anything like that That it's not the place to involve newcomers into politics and dramas
qu**** Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 Wouldn't of minded if wee and poo had been mentioned, at least it would of been interesting, lol
