As some have found older does not necessarily equal any form of relevant experience.

There's also more likely to be ideologically - or presenting "how things were" as "how things should be now" even if it's a version of "how things were" which wasn't quite accurate because the younger person wasn't there.

There are lots of Ladies I know who do particularly enjoy older subs for many reasons - but then also those that find a lot of older subs (and older Doms) try to prey on those younger and naive and there's something a little mindful on it.

Well Dom’s that do prey on the naive are to me not a true dominant person. To dominate a person is predominantly to take control of the mind, age should never be brought in to bdsm. So I hear why put that on here? As I am now 53 this year 😭 nearly most are younger, but their is an exception to the rule and there are some absolutely amazing females older than me and definitely would love to have them as my sub. But we (men and women included) still have that *** instinct in us and to control and teach a younger sub, is what you want then obviously it will be ultimately the decision of the sub to accept the 1 who they truly feel will help them achieve what they seek.

Yeah.  I remember either Rachel Berger or Wendy Harmer on 'The Big Gig' years ago:  "Guys, hey - yeah, you. From my experience, most D types that are significantly older than myself (and i have interacted with outside of friendship) have been incredibly condescending. Perhaps that works for some. It does not work for me. I think that it is a fine balance of age, maturity and correct attitude presentation. a sub does not need an older Dom/me to lift them out of the gutter any more than an older Dom/me needs a younger sub to be inexperienced and willing to learn a specific style of D/s dynamic.  ultimately age is just a number but being with a partner that is willing to learn your desires, needs and ultimately weaknesses, i believe there is a trust that being older, the Dominant will offer good guidance.  there is of course much to be said about young enthusiasm and energy haha!

Older Men, Also

1. Resistant to change and stuck in their ways

2. Oozes weird body fluids and old man smells

3. His appreciation of your depth comes across creepy

4. Gets lost A LOT, refusing to ask directions or use modern technology like GPS

5. Condescending because he thinks being old deserves respect

6. Clumsy fumblings and arthritis makes him the perfect candidate for a human dildo

7. Senility means all your stories are new even after he's heard them 100 times, so yap away

8. Few things beat a gum job

It can sometimes go the other way though.  A few younger men have tried to 'prey'  on me because they think I have *** or I am an easy meal ticket.!
