As for me personally.
I’m nearly 50 and get hairs sprouting here and there so I shave my shaft and my balls. Feels cleaner and better for any oral giver … 😉. Just need to find one now … !!! 🤣🤣🙈

I will say I used to say shared and think its a problem if it's not, but to be quite honest I realized that for both males and females when I went down on them the hair doesn't cause bother and it does feel nice.

But that only works if it's well maintained and clean.

So I would say lightly trimmed or having a fun cut is the choice.
