What I have found...

there are people who might be able to help you with outfits or make up etc (though : there's also plenty of online tutorials) but a lot is going to be an investment in yourself.  Like, I've seen people go "i want to be a sissy" who've done no groundwork, own nothing, don't even have much of a budget and expect the other person to do it all.

this is something a lot of people do find a turn off - that there's people who may like to help; but would want to see some ground work
