You can thank Cardiff council for this as there is no sexual activity allowed in any bars in wales that serve alcohol.
However if you do find yourself being fruity , there's a hotel round the corner.

Fire exits are to front and rear of building.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE EXITS AND WALKWAYS CLEAR FOR USE AT ALL TIMES.

Fire assembly point is the front of the building on other side of the road.

All spankings MUST have verbal consent between both parties. We normally use the TRAFFIC LIGHT system or a safe word agreed between both spankee and spanker. Bare bottom spanks are allowed.
Due to fire regs, anyone tied to the cross or in the stocks must NOT be left unattended. Anyone left unattended will be warned once only !
Changing facilities are limited
to toilet cubicles.

Smokers area to the rear of the bar (this is not undercover).

Anyone not obeying these rules will be told once and once only..2nd strike and you are out!

For the ones that drive,

Parking outside the venue is for disabled only. There are some spaces on the double yellows where you wont get a ticket but if in doubt, Just round the corner you have st davids car park. This is literally 2-4 mins walk or 1 if you run.

On exiting st David's car park lifts you turn left , out of the main doors where you see a lightning bolt. To your left is a jobcentre, turn left after this and follow the road half way up. Roughly 75-80yards up on the right hand side is eagle bar. You will see the blue eagle sign and you are there x
