So that we can all enjoy ourselves, with all our sexy guests, we ask that if you plan to attend any of our parties, you arrive NO LATER THAN 12AM. There will be NO ENTRIES PAST 12AM.

We offer a safe, fun atmosphere to come hang out with other sexy like minded people who are in the lifestyle. Whether you are a couple, single female, or single male, you are welcome. If you are a newbie to the lifestyle or party scene, this is a great party to attend. Our regulars are very sociable and will make you feel comfortable. You will be friends in no time.

We have 6 play rooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 Large Dungeon Room. We will be playing the Spanish/English and Old School hits of yesterday and today; and a Bartender on site for you to place your liquor. If you prefer to step outside for a breather or to socialize with the wonderful people who attend, we have an outdoor area with a fire pit and lounge chairs. This is a great area to mingle and get to know the different people who attend. And for you tobacco smokers, we have a specified smoking area, so you can enjoy a smoke away from others. Weather permitting, also in the patio area is an amazing above ground pool.

Home is fully stocked to keep you clean and fresh after you play. We have a shower and hygiene products for your convenience (wash cloths, soap, mouth wash, hand-sanitizer, towels). We also provide a variety of finger foods, water, ice, and soda. Everything else is BYOB and please bring your own towels for the pool.

We are in the beautiful city of San Jacinto. There is plenty of parking. Since this is a residential home, we ask that you do not block any driveways and you are quiet when arriving or going back to your vehicle.
