I've been in chastity for best part of 20yrs. Always consensual. Agree with earlier comments though, the cages are very easy to pull out of unless PA fitted and are very easy to remove, just dremel off the small locking tab on the brass key barrel, takes 2 mins.
However That is not point. For the Read more… most part the cages are there as a symbol to remind you that you are owned, not necessarily to totally prevent you bypassing them.
But for long term use you don't want any of the plastic or steel tube designs as threy get damp, sweaty and horribly smelly (let alone unhealthy) after even a day. By far the best in my experience has been an open wire cage, that just fits my glans. Stainless steel with brass lock, can be worn for weeks or months as can be worn in bath/shower so no smell or damp build up. Mine typically only being removed once or twice a week for CBT sessions.
I'm currentlly in an amazing cage bought by my mistresss as my xmas present, not for full long term use however I have been in it a week so far. It is inverted but with a glans cup rather than a stupid unconfortable an often leaky urethral tube! The bolt on dildo is very soft and has a P tube through it so I can P standing up at urinal with virtually no leakage at base. It wasn't cheap but by far one of the most copmfortable, easy *** and humilaiting cage I've ever had in 20yrs
I always found the cheaper cages with the tubes were ***ful, incofmrotable and leaked cos the tubes were a;lways too small a diameter for my urethra. maybe not an issue to some but I have been stretched over the years....
