Launched in June 2019, Magnotix is the brainchild of Patrick Sparr and Nadine Scholze. Together they make up an innovative, creative business duo that adapts and refines the traditional design of erotic toys to offer unique magnetic sex toys and BDSM items. But what's so different about Magnotix and how did it all come about? Let's find out.
From foot fetishes to footjobheels
Patrick's journey started with a sex club in Vienna, Austria, where his parents own one of the best sex clubs for couples in the city. While at the club, Patrick used his unique advantage to ask couples what they liked or wanted. Many people revealed a foot fetish and a fetish for high-heels; it was here that the idea for a pair of heels that combined these things was born and resulted in him designing the innovative 'Footjobheels'.
The Footjobheels were the first product that included magnets in their design and function. With one successful product under his belt, Patrick wanted to monopolise on that, so he had the idea of incorporating magnetic technology and erotic toys to create something individual. From this their brand, Magnotix; magnetic toys for erotic moments, evolved.
While talking with Patrick, his enthusiasm for the products was infectious, and he's hugely proud of what he has created. Investing in erotic toy playtime
I think it's fair to say that Magnotix products are an investment, but they're an investment that people are increasingly making. When I asked Patrick about his best-seller, he noted that while the Footjobheels were a hit, the collar and cuffs with the inlays have taken over the top spot now.
Of course, I also had to find out what Patrick's favourite product from his custom sex toy range was? He didn't hesitate in his answer and grinned as he said: "Definitely the neck cuffs with collar inlays combined with the white inlay wrist cuffs... they're perfect for butler or bunny style roleplay!" Designing a product is one thing, but you can always tell when someone loves what they do, and Patrick comes across as being someone who has a real passion for his craft.
A magnetic future?
I'm excited to see what other innovative products he comes up with in the future. Still, when I asked him about expanding their current range he told me that for now, they had no plans to do so, "We want to concentrate on what we have already created and grow our customer base. What we have now is a range that is diverse and exciting, and we are hugely proud of the quality of our products."
Whatever the future holds, I hope it will be a successful one for this emerging brand as they grow and bring their beautiful custom sex toy products to more and more people.
