I'm not particularly picky but I think at least a little effort should be put into the photo (no clutter in the background like someone else mentioned, etc). Natural lighting tends to work best for everyone in pictures so I always tend to like/remember pictures that utilize sunlight. Photos while Read more… someone is doing something that shows a bit of personality is also memorable for me, but I understand that can be pretty hard to show in a picture lol.
