Sounding and Urethra Stretchers

Recommended Posts

Hi I have been absent a while, anyone in here have tips on using urethra stretchers?

Coming from a nurse, make sure you use a lot of lube and if you can find sterile lube, you’ll be even more golden. Boil your parts before use and make sure you and your hands are clean and then go to town, just make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Good luck!

This is a nurse so knows more than I… but I might suggest building up and seeing how they respond… no rush for things.

For starting out, start with silicone ones. The stainless steel ones are not recommended for starting out.

I always use Istem HydroTouch lube,

It comes in a small, sterile syringe so it is easy to apply and safe

Also HydroTouch does not include any lidocaine, so you can still feel everything

I'm dabbling and saving for a hfo ems setup to use on my sound that connects with it. The lube isn't special though i suppose I should check. I use the xesso creamy lube because the visuals are more grungy and raw. Works fine. My spectre gel just looks too jelly consistency for my pleasure .
Definitely looking forward to any other things that work to achieve orgasms with minimal manipulation.
Having battled ED unsuccessfully for 3 decades. I finally found something that helped bring my lil slugger back.
Esitm with a sound. Skip the floppy tube ones. They go in easy but any stretching or bending can cause hot spots and dead spots with them.
I have a nice 5mm carbon silicone that fills and stretches me enough to slide in a 6mm catheter sound. The wife turns into evil genius where she finds that sweet spot and fucks the urethra with it. I'm hoping we can get some slow motion pics of me cumming through the catheter

As someone who just recently began experimenting with urethral sounding myself, be prepared to experience some discomfort. For those who enjoy discomfort or ***, this may make it better for you. But if you're not into that, just be aware that it is something you may have to deal with. I also recommend starting with a thinner sounding device unless you know your urethra is wider than most. I started off with a three set, hollow silicone urethral tube and found that the smallest at 4mm was still very much uncomfortable after a certain depth. I wouldn't say it was unpleasant, as I do enjoy a little *** and discomfort, but it did eventually become too much for the first time. That was several weeks ago and I haven't tried since, though that will be changing very soon. I really want to reach my bladder eventually as they are intended for longer periods of use, considering the attached tip plug to prevent uncontrollable leaking. 😈 I do highly recommend using the boiling sterilization and LOTS of good lube. I don't recommend anything with numbing agents for the first time though, you can indeed damage your urethra and it can cause future problems. So please, take care and caution when starting out.
