Is dating dead?

Idk about here as I’m still new but other apps I feel like it is as I rarely get matches but then I either get left on read for eternity, one word responses, carrying conversations, or chatting for a long time and both getting along just to get unmatched so personally I don’t think actual dating exists but hey I’m here so if fate allows then maybe this is a sanctuary lol

Yea it’s being like this in this app most of last year n also early 2025 it takes for ever to get a response. But. Also dating is dead bc of woman don’t want to be approached n they still complaining man don’t approach them this is the consequences of the equality woman wanted. Now they can suffer with there consequences

Dating right now is awful. Nobody is actually single or they’re so damaged from their last relationship or situation that their issues overshadow the present. Everyone wants the attention but not the commitment. The internet makes it so easy to jump around and feel so instantly gratified that when there’s real work involved, people bail. Being real is scary these days.
