This is exactly it (from my experience)… it’s enough of a release to make you crave it more without actually getting fulfilment (basically how netflix/facebook etc work) and also elements of submission and *** too.

Generally speaking ruined orgasms are horrible - like - it's easy to wank and it be a bit disappointing - but a ruined orgasm is something else, because if done right you get close to the point you feel you are going to explode and then it's worse than denied.  Cos if you're denied it can be frustrating but really the body is still ready and you can cum later
