Its a normal thing to have body writing as a way to express your ownership or marking your subs but you shouldn't be doing it if its not comfortable with you and you have to evaluate the demanded actions as what is suitable for you and whats not. But overall its similar to being collared

Depends on how you negotiate each scene. They can tell you what they want to do, but it is upto you to be okay with that, or if it falls outside of your hard and soft limits.
Once they are your dom, does not mean you no longer can negotiate scenes/sessions. You always can, and should, for at least the first several months, negotiate ever scene/session/scenario.

Rember, written contracts are just notes on what you may have negotiated.

You can always renegotiate & re-write a new contract.

The form of a contract does not matter, either. It can be columns of, "okay" and "not okay" or whatever.

You can even write up a single sheet of paoer of things you're okay with doing in that one scene, as bullet points.

Don't get stuck thinking anything HAS to be written in this or that format. That is up to you two. It is a functional reminder for you two. Decorate it or keep it plain, do it in crayons, or whatever makes sense to you two.

I think you already got the answer, but also for others that may read this thread: no.
Definitely not normal, and it is unnecessary.
There is no magic to the format a contract takes. It is entirely up to you two, how you want to do it.
If your Dom has a preference, for a specific format, then that is just their preference.
But there isn't any format that is more valid than say, crayons on a napkin.

Write things up howerver it makes sense to you. And format it in whatever way it makes it easy for you.
