I just checked your profile and you are uptodate and have all 22 available icons collected.  Icon 24 is not released as yet. Icon # 23 will be released later today at 3pm UK time.

They are hiding all over the FET Universe, you can search by just having a look around or you can use the clues in this forum thread that will hint you where to look.  Expand the comments find the clues, decipher and then go hunting and if you are in the right place you will find the icon, tap on it and it will collect in your treasure chest and you will earn 30points towards membership upgrade.
