To notice the subtle things. 
A variant in phrasing. Sensing that buzz beneath our discussions. The electricity that tightens the threads that draw us to one another. 
 

To want to take those threads and stretch them. Push against them. Test their elasticity. See how far we can reopen that tension before we have to release it. 
 

To think about me once we say our farewells. 
Planning what comes next.  Getting hard and achy all over again because what we did settles something deeper than a slate of sexual need.
