I was hypnotized without my consent, although I would have given it to this person anyway. I thought it was “groundwork” for our developing dynamic, but it turns out it was just a game. Now I’m at his mercy when he wants to mess with my head but he won’t actually show up. How can I break the hold he has over me? I can’t just block him, we’re professional colleagues.

Set limits on what your Dom is allowed to do. You as a sub have complete control over what parts of your life you allow your Dom to control. In my opinion, your Dom should have zero control over you in your work place and everything related to work.

I don't know if it'll work but see if u can find a hypnosis to be able to not be hypnotized and get Infront of a mirror and do on yourself.... If that's even possible

My understanding is that you can only be hypnotized to do things you would normally do anyway.

On warpmymind* there is lots of hypnosis. (Mostly kinky stuff) but in there there is hypnosis breakers. Reprogramming. Etc.

Some are phrased in ways that only the specific person can break your hypnosis however that's typically with things done consistently.

The discord they have may also be able to help you break things and especially since it was without consent. Someone may even do it for free.

Most of the time, you can use standard safety files to remove unwanted triggers so you don't have to worry about them. Search things like YouTube or Tumblr for "hypnosis safety file" or "remove unwanted hypnosis suggestion".

Barring those, if you set a firm boundary with him, making sure to tell him it's a boundary under trance as well, you may find your subconscious able to resist offending commands knowing your intent not to do that and that you've expressed it. I have had a subject willpower themself out of a trigger like that.
