My wife and I are starting to dip into cbt paly. We both are enjoying it problem is the toys we've bought are way to small. Question is are they supposed to be that small or do I need to order from a different web site

the thing with CBT is that it's a very broad church

what sort of toys have you been buying ?  and if they are too small, are you using the correctly?  where have you been buying from?

Cages are difficult i get that the spiked glands ring is impossible or just extremely ***ful to a point we're not at

so cages you need to find the right size for you, and they can be a *** because if they are too big, they fall off and obvs if too small you can't get them on

stuff like the spiked rings - yes, they are - ahem - meant to hurt.

What would you recommend for newbies to start with

Hands

So straight off, grabbing, squeezing, nipping, twisting, slapping, scratching (or digging nails in if she has some)

Zero expense, as it's stuff already available and it can be used to measure what sort of sensations you like and don't without breaking the bank.

From there...

if you like the feeling being slapped or hit, then it can be worth getting small impact toys

if you like the scratch or nails - then it can be worth looking at pinwheels or claws

if you like the being squeezed - then it can be worth looking at things like the cock and ball presses.

A finger flick to the balls can be quite the attention-getter.

A humbler can be fun, and the great thing is that you don’t have to buy a premade one. It’s amazing what can be done with a couple of wooden spoons and rubber bands.

I recommend either taking a class in sounding or talking to someone very trustworthy and experienced in it before investing in a set and some medical grade lube. Those can be combined with a tuning fork or a vibrator for variety.
