 1. Personally? I am just straight. I like heartshaped feminine faces, female body proportions, voices, the smell... I studied art. I know about the aesthetics of men. I know what makes them attractive for most people, who are into them. I can deliver triggering descriptions while dirty talking to the heterosexual women I have been with. Even some of the the staight ones told me, that they do not find men attractive in the way "oh, this body is hot. 2. If I was bi, there would be still reasons not to do a MMF. I don't want my partner to sleep with other men. Sleeping with a woman is different from being with a man. There are body parts I just don't have, so there is no competition. If she said she wants other men, it would make me feel like being insufficient as a man (even if he is objectively smaller, less fit, and performs less good, so it is clearly just about the thrill of having a stranger). I would not have this issue with a MFF. Every partner I was with feels this way about other women, too, ... one even had the feeling me using a masturbator toy, when we do not meet for a longer period of time, would be lilke me replacing her..., so we never had a MMF or MFF, but in general less women have an issue with men being with other women, so it is no surprise MFF is more common. 3. Homophobia. Many men stay in the closet. If I was bi, I'd keep hiding it, too, because it would ruin my career. If I was gay, so I'd have to come out, if I do not want to die alone, there would be no reason for me to have a MMF just as I have now no reason to do so (see point 1.) There are enough surveys showing even women on average find bisexual men less attractive.

4. dynamics between the sexes. It is an achievement to get a woman into your bed. The amount of men you did it to only speaks about the height of your standards, because most are open to casual dating with no strings attached... hell, even I was asked out 3 times by random men and I spend my time only in quite conservative places. So it is attractive for a man to sleep with two women, but neutral at best the other way around. Combine this with the shame some women feel about being with a bisexual man at all (see point 3).

Based on my experience of being kind of a sex ambiguous goblin who shows up to the MF”F” hookups hard packing, I think the homophobia is more of an excuse to hide the insecurity.
