How did you channel your inner pet?

I’m a male kitty in pet play. Now, I have found it fairly easy for me to slip into my kitty headspace; however, I do know there are plenty of people out there that are struggling to getting the headspace even though they are interested in pet play. I wanted to create a discussion for all those pet players and even opening up to pet trainers.

For the people that are pets, how did you get your headspace for the pet that you attributed to the most?

For the pet trainers, what do you do to help those who are interested in pet play with getting them into the pet mindset of the pet they choose?

I've got food and water bowls. Collars for cats and dogs. I'm ready for a cute little female kitten or puppy. And ready some pet play, maybe some discipline training.
