As a rule of thumb, any genuine dungeon, should be fairly easy to find online, there should be some website or at least contact details or discussion about it on 3rd part sites - if you scour the Internet & find nothing, take that as a red flag you shouldn't ignore.

I come from us and even here if it’s hard to find even because it’s new it’s flag of red and your World Cup is out of question if you can find it easy then you can relax about if not beware

I’m from the area and work in one of the local dungeons. There is no venue of that name listed with the local authority (so if it exists then it’s potentially running illegally). I’ve also checked within my kink groups, anyone who’s anyone in the local community is in at least one of them and nobody has heard of it.
