Has anyone had much experience with estim with female subs?
What did you find successful, and what wasn't effective?

Varies with the individual, their tolerance or sensitivity, the area you use it in, as well as attachments and intensity of the TENS unit. Everyone is different, some enjoy the deep stimulation, others not so much. I have a few different attachments from stim pads, breast barry clips, anal and vaginal probe as well as labia clamps as well as other attachments. Are you using it for pleasure or *** and standalone or with another activity. I enjoy using them as a stimulation device with another type of stimulation and allowing the two to provide their different stimulations. There are many units out, so do your homework you don't have to go all out to start, but I suggest to try it on yourself first so that you understand what you are doing to the person you are using it with. Just remember everyone will handle the sensation differently.

You do have to be careful above the breast, primarily heart area and I don't use pads in the heart area but I do use barry clips made for nipple play made by mystim. You have to remember these units are the same units used in physical therapy so they are used on upper body, shoulder, arms back, legs thighs wherever they can be used for physical therapy rehab but in this lifestyle you are using them in a different way,with various attachments so do your homework and what you are comfortable with with your partner.
