Ddlg is a very big fetish / life style for a lot of people. So people like to wear them because of how they feel, some for what they allowed you to do. 

It's not always a sexual thing, and not everyone who's into ddlg is into wearing diapers. But definitely a lot of people enjoy it.

Yes iam. I like wearing them and wetting myself. I like being changed to. I like being humiliated and being changed in public so everyone knows I wear them to. I wet my knickers today in town to and had to go to work with wet knickers all day.
