Find a pet that you personally identify with. For me it’s a bunny partially because of my behavior outside of sub space. From then on just do whatever feels right. Wether it’s dressing in a way that makes you feel like your pet self (for me it’s bows bunny ears and tail plugs) or going full send and getting a cage and bowl to make a pet space for yourself. As far as finding an owner that’s the same as finding anyone else where it just takes time and expressing your interest in the kink and in them.
