I'm not new to most kinks , but I'm new to being punched or kicked. Me and my partner been talking about it , and before i let him kick me/punch me i just need to learn/read more about it.

I'm just curious, where is the best spot to be kicked? where will i bruise more easily from a kick? whats the worst spot to be kicked?

with punching should it be full on, hard at first or like start slowly and then get rougher? i know there are safety risk, possibility of losing a tooth or something worser?
