Interrogation - is this peculiar?

Hello, homosexual male here.  I'm not sure if I qualify for the "gay" label.  I have a very specific fantasy of interest involving interrogation ***.  The activities would be flogging, nipples, cbt, and electric, administered by a shirtless man with a mustache/beard.  Other actions, including oral/anal, hold no interest for me.  Bondage and submission doesn't do anything for me either.  Is it unusual to have such a narrow range?
