Hey Everyone! So can anybody help out a fellow Kinker. Interested to get to some events. Not easy for a male to just turn up! Any tips etc would be welcomed...

Um, it is easy for a male to just turn up.  You just, well, turn up.

But. Ok. 

You're often best off starting with a munch. Find them. Turn up. If there is a newbie half hour, turn up for that. If there is not a newbie half hour, turning up as close to the start time as possible is a bit easier before others start arriving.

Remember it's a social - it's not a hook up.  And, like, be aware people might be taken aback by a stranger asking personal questions. Keep it sensible until you build a rapport.

Try fetlife dot com as well. You'll find lots of local events in there; munches, ***r groups, etc. Lots of people have the same profile on both sites.

Since i dont know how to use fet.life i got into trouble since i dont understand how to use it with out taking the chance that i will get banded for mistakes ill from now on keep my mouth shut obvious since i am a product of the 50s and from chicago i talk different and get perceived different and mistakenly as disrespectful,
