My Domme had never tried sounding before, but after a bit of coaching she got into a groove and soon I was enjoying the most enthusiastic urethral penetration of my life. I've used many things in my 60 years of sounding until I was able to purchase actual sounding sets. I cannot use any that have bubbles or bumps because they have caused a little bleeding. Silicone is great too and great for beginners. Just remember to keep whatever sounds you use clean and use a lot of lube.
