Like yourself I'm a massive gag fan so I have one for each occasion but all full head harness, for some reason I don't get the same kick out of single strap version. The ring harness speaks for itself :) the inflatable panel is perfect when you want to drown out the volume and is the strictest of the bunch. But the ball always wins in either role...as large as will fit, looks great especially with some drool and enjoy using it myself from time to time.
