Can anyone recommend a TENS UNIT that is fairly consistent at bringing about an orgasm? I realize that orgasms are very subjective, and not expecting 100%. However, I have experienced that type of orgasm a few times, and they were very intense. The TENS UNITS I have tried so far, while great for muscle aches, leave a lot to be desired in bringing about an orgasm.

I would suggest an analog unit. Being able to fine tune the knobs for wave and intensity really is where you get your sweet spot.

Thanks! That “sweet spot” is definitely what I’m trying to find. With a few very rare but notable exceptions, it keeps eluding me.
