Advice on edging for ED

I have an app on my phone that has 6 minute breathing routines and 10 minute physical exercises to help with ED. I want to make my erections stronger without using herbs or pills or devices. Anyone have specific books, videos or exercises? The app says to have at least one erection a day. Sorry if this is TMI but I masturbate every day with the goal of staying as strong as I can for 30 min. I do get up to the point of "ending" then I stop, which (pardon me for being a bi stupid) I think is what edging is, but maybe I have the terminology wrong. I also wonder about good exercises for the pelvic floor. I am doing things like squats, lunges, without weights and with barbell.

Also, I know I'm not allowed to add an image when posting to the forum, but why the heck does it say, in the writing field "Insert image" -- Why does it give that option, it's confusing.

Hi, where is this option? Mobile/web/etc? Which device are you using.

thanks - I couldn't see for looking!   I've raised a ticket to see about getting it removed
