I'm going to engage in a long scene with a significant amount of knife play, what's the fastest way to recover so I can continue?
What preparations have you thought about? Hygiene and your safety should be your number one priority.
Really depends on how much *** you lose. My advice it to try not to lose too much lol only the bare minimum required for the scene. But to the question: fluids, plenty of water & electrolytes. Pedialyte sport for adults is best. But it takes time for your body to replenish what's lost, so it can't really be rushed but so much. Just be safe ok.

I would say - obviously your own aftercare etc is extremely important.   But, this should be at it's own pace and not rushed to continue

I know this is a while ago, but am I wrong in thinking knife play and *** play are two entirely different things 🤔
