Huh... I imagine, if you had everyone tested for stds and the gangbanged was on birth control, or had an xy chromosome set that defined their sex, you could get away with it. Organising one, especially as a single guy, will be very difficult regardless of whether it's condoms only or bareback - most single guys struggle to find people to meet just one on one, let alone adding the complication of finding someone to meet who then wants to participate in what you are talking about into the mix.

If you really want to be part of one, your next best option would be to find a local sex/swingers club that hosts "Greedy Girl" events and get along to one, but even then you're not guaranteed to be chosen to take part.

As for safety - risk is unavoidable whether it's two people taking part or twenty. Testing proves nothing other than the person concerned was negative at the point of testing and even then, there are some STIs that aren't routinely tested for (HPV/HSV being two) that can be passed on regardless of condom use.
