DIY one bar prison advice

Thinking of building a one bar prison, looks like toy adapters are easy enough to get hold of with fairly standard fittings, does anyone have any experience / advice in building one.

I have too many thoughts so far, ranging from a simple tripod stand (not likely to be stable enough) through to a custom build using a liniar actuator.

Curent thoughts are around using an telescopic ***t roller extension keeping it fairly simple and easy to store.

All ideas and advice appreciated
