I accidentally gave an icon away. At that point is it hidden someplace else for me to find it or am I just screwed?

If you can figure out which one you're missing it will have reappeared in the same place you originally found it so you can collect it again.

If you're referring to today's clue - you're in the wrong place as it's not about Warnings - think more about rules to follow and where you might find them
