Can anyone give me some advice on a chastity cage?

I have tried several with very little success.

The one I have at the moment is a handcuff ratchet ring which has been the easiest to fit as I can not fit the rings on most devices. However my right testicle keeps escaping back inside me.

I got 1 off eBay a tight fit to get ring in but no escape. Its metal so some weight but you get use to it

use a rubber ring around base of balls to keep them home.

I have bought several over the years. I have yet to find one that is either hygienic or doesn't look like there is a ferret stuffed down your trousers.

My partner would be happy to be a keyholder, but because of those two reasons I can't go forward with this.

I have a reverse-engineered CB-6000S — hot pink, of course — that came with rings ranging from 35 to 45 mm in diameter. Threading a silicone conduit around the ring, which I cannot recommend strongly enough, knocks about two millimetres off the ring diameter.
