I will either go for a long hike, do some sparing, yoga, go shoot some pool by myself (it’s the sounds of the balls smacking together) or throw some darts, or go to the range…depends how where my head is

Okay so what you wanna do is get a fan, take the casing off of it, attach a stick with a glove on the end of it to one of the blades, then flip it on high and bend over in front of it...

I'm assuming there's a reason you can't/don't want to spank yourself?
