Medical cast or boot fetish..

Hey.. I'm currently on crutches and in a cast boot from a bad foot sprain in a baseball game three weeks ago.. It seems like people pay close attention and ask a lot of questions which is kinda cool I guess.. Just wondering if any others have been in this situation before and what do they think of it??
