Anyone having an issue taking your picture with the palm of your hand and face in the viewer and it not working?

It’s best to take a picture with your hand next to your head. So that both face and hand are in it. Like moose antlers

Yes, I had problems with it as well; it’s a bit sensitive, and you have to line up your hand in just the right spot. Try it several more times, eventually it will work.

Tried this about 10-15 times now. Got denied as not viable. Not sure how else to show my face and hand….

I have verified my ID before and then it disappeared again
