Any form of Estim is a nono when you have a heart condition that requires a pace maker. You will be risking damaging the device or potentialy a fatal incident

As Amber said, your doc will be aware of alternative uses for Tens units I'm very sure but even so all you have to ask is if it's ok to use on the "lower abdomen/ back"  if you're not comfortable with co,ing clean about exactly what your thoughts are dood xx

Not sure wjat I find worse, needing a pacemaker or no longer being able to experience estim or even violet wand I imagine.

Another question to all you kind and knowledeable enough yo respond with your advice:

Are poppers still OK to use or are they also a nono with a pacemaker?
