It's not so much the size of the testicles that matters as the circumference of the area behind the testicles and around the shaft of the cock, as that's where any base ring for a cage will sit.

I'd recommend visiting House Of Denial's website - they have an excellent guide for how to measure for a cage (it's not as straightforward as you might think) and a range of cages to fit all shapes and sizes - including some with hinged rings that make it easier to get round testicles.

I would love to know as well, I’ve tried multiple cages and none of them fit the balls right, and then on the other side- when you finally find the one that fits the balls perfect- the cock portion- is a little too big, I want to staring against the cage- not have a full erection

The cage I have and most I have seen. The testicles are trapped below the cage therefore does not affect the use.

If you know the right ring size for you - look for somewhere that does multiple cage/ring sizes that mix and match - House Of Denial that I mentioned earlier have many examples that you can do just that

Proper measurement is important, shop around to check out various style and fit options, there are a lot. Custom ones are available but don't jump to thinking that's your only if you're having a bit of trouble at first.

I also have large testicles and a thick base to my cock and anything less than a 50mm ring size turns them blue, while having a hard-on. The cb6000 is a nice fit because the cock cage section is just big enough so it gets me slightly erect and throbbing, where the smaller cb3000 doesn't quite get me up enough to crave sweet cage release. And having actual blue balls from suffocation is no fun and quite ***ful. Some newer cages have a 52mm ball ring size which is perfect. eBay lol 😉

You just have to get one at a time through the loop, they are pretty flexible and durable. Use a lot of lube too.

Kink3d or cherry keeper would be the more cost efficient places
