Blocked person in BDSM matches

How and why am I seeing soneone I have in my blocked list,  appearing in my BDSM matches? Surely if theyre blocked, they should stay blocked, and not come up!

I will say that this wouldn't usually bother me, however this person is blocked for a very specific reason and seeing them again was extremely triggering.

Could you possibly contact support? It's just using help at the bottom - if you can provide details of the user you blocked and explain what happen they'll be able to investigate and hopefully this won't happen again.
