There are a lot of variations of primal play, so it’s not really a one size fits all.

It can involve anything from growling/howling, sniffing, licking, clawing, and biting to mock hunts. Even games like hide and go seek. There are various forms of struggle play you could try. Plenty forms dip into cnc play or a combination of some or all the above. And this certainly doesn’t cover everything.
