Two kinds of Okra, six different types of beans this year (vining and bush types). Currently harvesting radishes, and used a huge handful of radish greens in my dinner tonight. Broccoli is on the shady, cool side of the garden. Tomatoes, banana and bell peppers, cucumbers, catnip, cat mint, lemon thyme. The fig trees are doing well, and my geranium is going nuts!

Hoping beyond hope the daily ritual of constant rainfall stops.  Seedlings are bursting out in the greenhouse, desperately needing planting outside.   Unseasonably too cold to add to the troubles.  Mind you the Tom's will take on triffids form soon haha.

Cute lil loofah seeds have sprouted. Happy tomato, pepper and strawberry plants are producing. Flowers are in bloom with the first bud appearing on my blue chiffon rose of sharon. The herbs have gone wild and the sunflowers grow taller by the day. Propagating cacti today. Happy Saturday y’all🌻

So far I’ve got fingerling potatoes, lemon cucumbers, asparagus, romaine, lettuce, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, green beans, basil, spearmint, mint, cilantro. Also started a new rose bush and lavender bush for my backyard. I’m in the PNW and it’s been like some gorgeous days of sun ( they told us we probably wouldn’t get rain much rain I’m at this spring on the news) then boom in PNW fashion it rains non stop for weeks 🥲 not sure if my tomatoes will make it, but I have faith in the other plants.

On the topic of gardening, I found some huge rat snakes in my garden this weekend. There might be a clutch of snake eggs around. That's really exciting because they are great at keeping away mice and voles. 😊🐍

Exciting!! I'd love to see photos if you get any. I love having rat snakes around. Their only downside is if you keep rabbits or chickens. Then you have to really snake proof things to keep them from partaking in a buffet.

My apple tree has small fruit developing and it's only June! Usually they are at that stage end of July. But my Clematis flowered 2 weeks later than last year so I think plants are getting confused.

Good news is I have seen more bees in my garden this year than last year which is a relief. Now to find a good regular gardener to cut my grass as my usual guy has retired

Big time love of mine. More so indoor lately, and even more so attempting to multiply as many plants as I can from an original. Seeing what plants I can do that with too. It's so much fun for me. Take the dozen roses I was given that I turned into a huge rose bush!

Indoors right now because energy level doesn't sustain outside work as much. But I am also growing a fascination with houseplants. So I have a spider plant and swiss cheese monstera I got from a "plant start exchange," on Facebook. Then I have a bunch of hoyas and peace lily plants I've multiplied. As well as a Christmas Cactus and Jade plant.

Outside we have tons of fruit and nut trees (would be nice to have some - looking at you squirrels) and rose bushes, mini roses, rhodies, and my fav - hostas. To name a few.

Same here. I've seen so many more bumble bees this year. I love it so much. Love their fat little squishy bums, lol.

So far, my succulents are not dead XD (some close calls, but we hung in there!) Historically speaking, I do not have a "green thumb", but I'm really trying with these plant babies and so far... they are still green and not shriveled husks!
